UrbanMart is a hyper-local e-commerce architecture empowering local retailers to compete in the neighborhood delivery market. It connects vendors with their community, offering 30-minute delivery via a dedicated dispatch fleet and live inventory synchronization.
Traditional retailers were being displaced by global giants with superior digital accessibility. These vendors lacked the infrastructure to digitize inventory or manage logistics, leading to declining local revenue and reduced community retail support.
We engineered a 'Vendor-First' marketplace utilizing high-frequency microservices and a Flutter-based experience. A 'One-Click Listing' tool enables instant digitization, while an AI dispatch engine optimizes routes for 30-minute fulfillment with real-time GPS tracking.

Our Solutions
We engineered UrbanMart as a vendor-first hyper-local ecosystem. The Flutter mobile app features a 'One-Click Listing' tool for retailers, while the backend utilizes a Node.js microservices architecture for real-time inventory and order management. We implemented a custom dispatch engine that uses historical traffic data to calculate the most efficient delivery routes. Real-time tracking is handled via Firebase, ensuring sub-second updates for customers. The platform also integrates an automated settlement engine that handles vendor payouts and commission tracking with absolute precision, empowering local retailers to compete at scale.
